Virtual Rendezvous

The decision to hold a Virtual Rendezvous this year instead of our normal Rendezvous was not an easy one. But we plan to still have FUN!

Some of the events being planned are:

Virtual Youth Shoot – We have a fold out “Rona Warrior” target for the kids to shoot. Please take a picture of them with their bow and the target for us to post to the Virtual Youth Shoot on our Facebook page. Please email the picture along with the shirt size and mailing address to the email address on the target and we will send you a discount code for a free youth shirt. 

Seminars – In place of seminars we will have a Virtual Film Festival. We have several great Traditional Film Festival entries we were not able to enjoy at the Big Game Classic, so we will be posting links to those and take a vote for the viewer’s choice award (watch for more details).  

Skillet Toss – This is always a popular event with the ladies. Since we can’t get together for the normal Skillet Toss, I’m sure most of you are pretty sick of cooking by now and probably have a skillet you have been needing an excuse to throw as far as you can! Again, take a picture and send it to us along with your address and shirt size and we will send you a code for a free lady’s shirt.  

Nick Dedaker Scholarship Awards - This year we will offer three $1000 scholarships. We have extended the deadline for entry to June 1st, 2020, please see the updated application in this magazine and get those applications sent in!  

Dream Raffle Drawing – The drawing will be held on Facebook Live on Saturday June 20th. So, get those tickets sent in and maybe purchase an extra book or two on our website. We will fill them out for you and put them in the drawing. Deadline for on-line purchases will be Sunday June 14th to allow time for us to get all the tickets in the hopper for the drawing.  

Membership Drive Bow Drawing – The Membership drive bow drawing will be held much the same way the Dream Raffle drawing will be held.  Make sure to get those entries in! 

Live Auction – This will be an on-line auction using eBay. We have several really nice items and will be working on more between now and the Rendezvous. If you have something you were planning to donate, please let us know so we can get it added to our list.
